Registration
- Application Deadlines: We accept applications until capacity is reached. Once closed, you can join a waitlist through Eventbrite.
- On-site Registration: Limited on-site registration may be available depending on capacity.
Cancellation
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. After that, refunds are not available under any circumstances except for event cancellation due to inclement weather.
- Weather Policy: The Guided Nature Walk will proceed as scheduled in light rain. In case of heavy rain, the event may be cancelled with a refund provided. Participants will be notified via email.
Parking & Accessibility
- Parking: Ample parking is available on Guided Nature Walk (Dairy Farm Nature Park) and Panel Discussion (Central Public Library), but not available for Kokedama Design Workshops (National Design Centre).
- Accessibility: On the Guided Nature Walk, we regret to advise against participation for wheelchair users due to numerous stairs and challenging terrain.
